We have immediate requirements for sales and marketing executives with 0-2 years of experience preferably Real Estate in Goa.

Key Accountabilities

  • Perform market and data analysis to evaluate market opportunities.
  • Collect in-depth prospect information for subsequent consultative sales stages.
  • Determine customer requirements and expectations in order to recommend specific products and solutions.
  • Maintain daily sales and productivity records. Present weekly performance against sales targets to Management.
  • Build strong relationships with prospects through regular follow-up and courtesy calls.
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets as per schedule.
  • Must be willing to travel with own vehicle and having a valid driving license.

Skills / Knowledge:

  • Knowledge of digital marketing and online sales.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent oral communication skills and presentation skills.
  • Hardworking-personality willing to put in the extra hours to learn and deliver in demanding situations.
  • Business development skills and customer relationship management with customer service orientation.
  • Education: Graduate with excellent communication skills.
