* Strictly conforming to standard set by Bureau of Indian Standard for their item code no : 1783 Part 2 Grade B Type 1 & 2. Both the units of Pearson are accredited with certificate from BIS & ISO 9001:2000.
* Barrels are made of CRCA sheets conforming to BIS specification no. IS:513.
* ISO Containers: Pearson also offers higher capacity of 235 litres M.S. Barrels, 80 Nos, of which can be stacked in one 20-feet container. UN number of the products are being arranged for exporter.
* Barrels are degreased and pretreated automatically in degreasing tunnel, paint is baked in oven to render glossy, durable and pin - scratch free painting.
* Barrels are made to pass through strict quality inspection of weight test, drop test, paint thickness test, leakage test etc.
