Talent Acquisition Manager
Need to have:
- Sourcing and recruitment: ideally from a relevant industry of consumer products, with commercial and manufacturing. (if not relevant industry then lets look at established MNC?s or companies of similar repute).
- Global sourcing and placement experience in many different levels. (wider region not only 1 or 2 countries)
- Experience in using Recruitment tools and technologies.
- Assessment tools.
- Data analysis and dashboard.
Good to have:- Policy and process management.
- Localization recruitment in GCC.
- Campus recruitment.
