Talent Acquisition Manager

Need to have:

  • Sourcing and recruitment: ideally from a relevant industry of consumer products, with commercial and manufacturing. (if not relevant industry then lets look at established MNC?s or companies of similar repute).
  • Global sourcing and placement experience in many different levels. (wider region not only 1 or 2 countries)
  • Experience in using Recruitment tools and technologies.
  • Assessment tools.
  • Data analysis and dashboard.
    Good to have:
    • Policy and process management.
    • Localization recruitment in GCC.
    • Campus recruitment.
