Wanted Employee Service Specialists

We are looking for Employee Service Specialists with varying experience levels to be placed on secondment with our client in the UAE.

• Experience level: Asst. Manager (5-8 years), Manager (8-12 years), Sr. Manager (12-15 years)
• Experience required: Should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with strong problem-solving abilities to effectively address employee concerns and foster a positive workplace environment.
• Software expertise: Preferred expertise in HR management software (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors), payroll systems, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) for data management and reporting.
• Language: Arabic-speaking is a plus but not required
• Location: Abu Dhabi
• Duration: 6 months with a possibility of extension
