We are seeking an experienced consultant with expertise in developing and optimizing sustainability, asset management, and property management practices within real estate projects.

Responsibilities:

  1. Conducted maturity assessments of current sustainability and asset management practices and identified opportunities for improvement.
  2. Develop comprehensive sustainability frameworks and align with local and national sustainability indicators.
  3. Create and implement asset and property management policies focused on lifecycle efficiency, compliance with green building standards, and environmental impact reduction.

Location: Dubai, UAE (Hybrid)

Duration: 6 months (Contractual)
