We seek an experienced and strategic Process Leader with 12-15 years of experience to drive process improvements and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong process management and optimization background and a proven track record in leading cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  1. Process Improvement & Optimization – Identify and implement improvements to enhance productivity, quality, and efficiency across processes.
  2. Leadership & Team Development – Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  3. Stakeholder Collaboration – Engage with internal and external stakeholders to align process goals and ensure consistent delivery of high-quality outcomes.
  4. Performance Tracking & Reporting – Analyze process performance, track key metrics, and provide reports to senior management for informed decision-making.
