We are seeking a skilled and experienced Arabic-speaking customer Data Manager to oversee the management and optimization of customer data, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and valuable insights for strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, data governance knowledge, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
Responsibilities:
1. Data Management and Governance—Implement data management best practices to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and security of customer data.
2. Data Analysis and Reporting – Analyze customer data to provide insights and create actionable reports for business decisions.
3. CRM System Management – Oversee CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage data tracking, segmentation, and workflow optimization.
