Wanted Senior HR Consultant – Shared Services Transformation

We are seeking a seasoned HR consulting professional with extensive experience in leading HR consulting projects, particularly within shared services transformation projects.

Key Areas of Work:

• Lead the HR integration as part of a shared services transformation
• Develop and implement HR frameworks that align with the organization’s strategic objectives and shared services model.
• Oversee the creation and refinement of HR policies to meet industry best practices and regulatory standards.
• Drive change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions and team alignment.
• Provide strategic guidance on talent acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement, and retention strategies.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, mitigate risks, and foster a positive workplace culture.

Experience Level: 12–18 years, including experience working with Tier 1 consulting firms or top-tier organizations within the HR advisory team
