Wanted Cost Control Specialist

We are seeking a Cost Control Specialist with a minimum of 6 years of experience to provide short-term support in overseeing corporate financial activities and maintaining cost control measures. This is a contract-based role for 3 months, designed to ensure continuity in financial operations and adherence to established processes.
Key Areas of Work:
- Oversee overhead and CAPEX controlling processes, ensuring financial discipline.
- Monitor budgets, prepare cost reports, and track actual versus budget spend for ongoing projects.
- Collaborate with finance business partners for budget validation and management reporting.
- Support regulatory submissions and internal audits by managing controllable spending topics.
- Maintain and update procedural documentation and ensure compliance with financial policies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent certification preferred.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in cost control, financial accounting, and budget management.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (preferably IFS or Oracle) and large financial datasets.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in financial reporting and business planning.
