Wanted Senior Banking Business Analyst

We are seeking a Senior Banking Business Analyst with extensive experience in the banking sector and a proven track record of managing complex banking projects. This 1-year opportunity is based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA), with relocation options available.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Act as a bridge between vendors, technical teams, and client management to gather and analyze business requirements.
2. Manage end-to-end delivery of 4–5 large-scale banking projects, ensuring successful implementation and alignment with client needs.
3. Conduct gap analyses and propose solutions for process improvements within banking operations.
4. Prepare detailed workflows, functional specifications, and documentation to support project execution.
5. Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to align on project goals and deliverables.
6. Provide expert insights into core banking systems, digital transformation, and regulatory compliance.
