Wanted a Project Manager (Government Sector Project)

We’re hiring an experienced Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives in the government sector. This role requires expertise in managing large-scale programs and collaborating with senior stakeholders to deliver impactful outcomes.  

Key Areas of Work:  

• Lead end-to-end project management for government initiatives across multiple regions.  
• Develop and execute project plans, ensuring alignment with client objectives and timelines.  
• Engage with high-level stakeholders to drive collaboration and program success.  
• Monitor project performance, resolve challenges, and ensure compliance with cultural and operational standards.  
• Analyze local infrastructure and public services to inform project strategies.  

Preferred Qualifications:  

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.  
• 5-10 years of experience in consultancy or project management, preferably within the government/public sector.  
• Based in Abu Dhabi with strong understanding of Abu Dhabi’s regions and local dynamics.  
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and deliver projects on time and within budget.  
• Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
