Wanted Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist for an immediate opportunity with a reputed organization in the UAE. The role will focus on end-to-end procurement operations, including scope development, RFP publishing, evaluations, supplier registration, and support during negotiation processes—primarily within the indirect spend category.
Key Requirements:
- 4–6 years of hands-on procurement operations experience
- Strong exposure to tendering processes and indirect procurement (e.g., marketing, IT, HR services)
- Proficient in drafting and publishing RFPs, managing evaluations, and supplier communications
- Experience supporting background research for commercial negotiations
- Familiarity with supplier onboarding and compliance procedures
- Arabic speaking - preferred
