We are hiring a Business Manager to oversee and integrate all core business functions, including administration, finance, HR, marketing, IT, and legal compliance. This role demands a strategic, hands-on professional who can ensure operational excellence while driving sustainable business growth in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will be a problem-solver, effective communicator, and cross-functional leader capable of aligning teams, systems, and processes to achieve organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities
A. Administration & Operations
  • Manage daily operations, ensuring efficiency and regulatory compliance
  • Develop and implement SOPs, workflows, and internal policies
  • Coordinate projects, meetings, and stakeholder communications
B. Finance & Accounting
  • Support budgeting, financial planning, and reporting
  • Handle invoicing, quotations, ERP-based financial records
  • Monitor cash flow, expenses, and internal controls
C. Human Resources
  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement
  • Maintain payroll, HR records, and statutory compliance
  • Support performance management and training initiatives
D. Sales & Marketing
  • Execute digital marketing strategies across SEO, social media, and email
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and customer engagement
  • Identify new business opportunities and manage client onboarding

E. Information Technology
  • Conduct system testing from a customer perspective
  • Coordinate with IT teams for troubleshooting and platform optimization
  • Report bugs and system improvement opportunities

F. Legal & Compliance
  • Assist with contracts, NDAs, and service agreements
  • Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and company policies
  • Maintain licenses, permits, and compliance documentation

G. Stakeholder Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners
  • Act as a liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Represent the organization in meetings and negotiations

 

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Commerce, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience across multiple business functions
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics
  • Working knowledge of financial processes and ERP systems
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
