Job description
- Conduct outbound sales efforts through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email marketing, networking, and in-person meetings to generate leads and drive new business opportunities.
- Follow up on inbound leads generated from online marketing campaigns and offline events to convert them into sales.
- Analyze data to identify high-potential industries, client segments, and personas, targeting both online and offline sales strategies.
- Lead product demonstrations both online (via video calls) and offline (in-person), and conduct consultative calls to understand client pain points and deliver tailored solutions.
- Customize proposals and pricing packages based on the specific needs of customers, ensuring value-based selling in both online and offline channels.
- Negotiate terms and close deals with SMEs, startups, and corporate buyers through both virtual and face-to-face negotiations.
- Maintain and update CRM records (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce) to ensure accurate tracking of sales activities, interactions, and customer information.
- Track pipeline health, prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, and provide sales forecasts across both online and offline efforts.
- Provide feedback to the marketing team on lead quality and the performance of both online and offline campaigns.
- Work closely with the content and partnerships teams to pitch bundled or referral solutions to clients.
- Coordinate with onboarding teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to client implementation, ensuring high customer satisfaction for both online and offline clients.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Proven track record in sales across both online and offline channels.
- Experience with CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, etc.) for managing sales processes and tracking customer interactions.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills both online (via video calls, emails) and offline (in-person meetings).
- Ability to engage with SMEs, startups, and corporate clients through various channels to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Experience with consultative selling and conducting product demos in both virtual and physical environments.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify target markets and client personas.
